Coordinator, Procurement
Responsibilities：
1，Receive and analyze procurement requirements
2，Vendor vetting
3，Contract finalization and documentation.
4，Advise internally of contract outcome
5，Maintain vendor profile and approved vendor list
6，Maintain vendor contracts in Zycus
7，Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations
Qualifications:
1，Diploma degree with 3-5 years relevant working experience in shipping or Logisitics company.
2，Knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
3，Outstanding organizational and time management skills
4，Customer service skills.
5，Negotiation attitude.
6，Good spoken and written English.
7，Good teamwork and can work under pressure
8，Positive attitude and willing to learn
9，Able to work independently
工作職責(zé)：
1，接收和分析采購(gòu)需求
2，供應(yīng)商審查
3，合同定稿和文件編制
4，向內(nèi)部提供合同結(jié)果的建議
5，維護(hù)供應(yīng)商檔案和批準(zhǔn)的供應(yīng)商名單
6，維護(hù)Zycus的供應(yīng)商合同
7，確保遵守所有安全、健康和環(huán)境法規(guī)
要求：
-大專及以上學(xué)歷；3-5年在航運(yùn)或國(guó)際物流公司相關(guān)采購(gòu)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，了解拖車/物流相關(guān)服務(wù)報(bào)價(jià)采購(gòu)；了解合同、發(fā)票和談判條款等相關(guān)知識(shí)者優(yōu)先；
-良好的組織和時(shí)間管理能力；
-客戶服務(wù)技能；
-具備談判態(tài)度；
-良好的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和書寫能力；
-熟練運(yùn)用辦公軟件；
-積極樂觀的工作態(tài)度，抗壓能力強(qiáng)；
-良好的溝通能力，獨(dú)立工作能力以及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力。

崗位職責(zé)： 1、負(fù)責(zé)公司生鮮果蔬、主副食品等全面采購(gòu)工作，嚴(yán)格把控生鮮食品質(zhì)量，對(duì)采購(gòu)的食材進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收，確保符合食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與公司品質(zhì)要求； 2、關(guān)注市場(chǎng)、供應(yīng)商的產(chǎn)品價(jià)格變動(dòng)，不斷拓寬供貨渠道； 3、監(jiān)督參與商品訂貨的業(yè)務(wù)洽談，檢查合同的執(zhí)行與落實(shí)情況； 4、及時(shí)處理采購(gòu)過程中的異常問題，協(xié)調(diào)各方資源，保障生鮮供應(yīng)鏈的順暢運(yùn)行。 任職要求： 1、大專及以上學(xué)歷，有食品采購(gòu)、菜品采購(gòu)，供應(yīng)鏈經(jīng)驗(yàn)者； 2、反應(yīng)敏捷、表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)，具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力及交際技巧，具有親和力； 3、具備一定的市場(chǎng)分析及判斷能力，良好的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)； 4、有責(zé)任心，有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神，勇于挑戰(zhàn)。
