Responsibilities
1.Create detailed tooling specifications for external sourcing of new tooling, in close cooperation with Procurement, Plants, Product Engineering and Program Management Teams. 與采購、工廠、產(chǎn)品工程和項目管理團隊密切合作，為新模具的外部采購制定詳細的模具規(guī)范。
2.Serve as primary technical contact for external tooling vendors: 作為外部模具供應(yīng)商的主要技術(shù)聯(lián)系人：
oSpecification review and quoting 規(guī)范審查和報價
oDesign review and acceptance(Prior to fabrication) 設(shè)計審查和驗收（制造前）
oDefine tooling acceptance criteria (Tooling Checklist), ensuring effective tool acceptance process at supplier. 確定模具驗收條款（模具驗收清單），確保供應(yīng)商的模具驗收過程有效。

3. Standardize Tooling and Components across Plants as far as possible and applicable. 在工廠內(nèi)盡可能實現(xiàn)工裝和部件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。
4. Work with Global Procurement to define Supplier Panel for New Tools, Engineering Changes and Maintenance與全球采購部合作，為新模具、工程變更和模具維護保養(yǎng)確定供應(yīng)商
5.Actively support tooling launches at plants including travel as needed. 積極支持工廠的工裝啟動，包括必要的出差。
6.Support ECR process, quoting changes via EC internal versus external service allocations. ECR流程，通過EC內(nèi)部與外部服務(wù)分配報價變更。
7.Establish budget set up from approved work orders to fund tooling programs or changes. 據(jù)已批準(zhǔn)的工作訂單建立預(yù)算，以資助模具項目或變更。
