崗位職責(zé):
1?、負(fù)責(zé)細(xì)胞的復(fù)蘇,培養(yǎng),凍存工作;
2?、負(fù)責(zé)CHO細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)工藝的建立及優(yōu)化(搖瓶、反應(yīng)器細(xì)胞培養(yǎng));
3?、負(fù)責(zé)為下游研發(fā)提供相關(guān)樣品;
4?、建立和完善細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)相關(guān)文件,SOP及驗(yàn)證方案撰寫。
任職條件:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)
2、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):3年及以上;
3、具有哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞懸浮培養(yǎng)、生物反應(yīng)器操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
4、了解各項(xiàng)動(dòng)物細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基礎(chǔ)技術(shù),熟練細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)相關(guān)儀器使用和維護(hù),思路清晰,善于思考,可獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)并分析實(shí)驗(yàn);
5、?責(zé)任心強(qiáng),嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)認(rèn)真,具有團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)。

主要工作職責(zé) :
1、負(fù)責(zé)公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證活動(dòng),包括在產(chǎn)品生命周期中支持產(chǎn)品開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)開展符合適用法規(guī)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求與設(shè)計(jì)控制流程要求的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)活動(dòng),為產(chǎn)品開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)提供設(shè)計(jì)控制流程、適用醫(yī)療器械法規(guī)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的咨詢或培訓(xùn),指導(dǎo)開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程定義與策劃, 審核設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)交付件, 評(píng)審、批準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品變更等。
2、參與本地化產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移過程中各階段交付成果的評(píng)審以及相關(guān)活動(dòng),確保交付成果符合羅氏總部及當(dāng)?shù)氐馁|(zhì)量法規(guī)要求,并符合公司業(yè)務(wù)需求。
3、參與注冊(cè)人制度產(chǎn)品和獨(dú)立軟件產(chǎn)品生命周期內(nèi)的質(zhì)量管理活動(dòng),主要包括產(chǎn)品變更管理,對(duì)受托生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的質(zhì)量監(jiān)控,產(chǎn)品上市放行及NC/CAPA/SCAR的評(píng)審和關(guān)閉等。
4、溝通、培訓(xùn)、監(jiān)測(cè)本地法規(guī)和總部質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在當(dāng)?shù)氐膱?zhí)行并協(xié)助GMP相關(guān)質(zhì)量體系的建立和維護(hù)工作。
5、質(zhì)量文件、記錄的控制及變更文件的控制。文件分類歸檔,保留完好。
6、協(xié)調(diào)及支持完成公司內(nèi)部及外部的質(zhì)量方面的審核工作。 7、遵循羅氏所有合規(guī)要求,包括但不限于羅氏信息安全,羅氏商業(yè)中的行為,羅氏競(jìng)爭(zhēng)法互動(dòng)對(duì)話,羅氏安全健康環(huán)境等,合法合理開展業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)。
8、了解并執(zhí)行直線經(jīng)理的SHE職責(zé)(詳見SHE手冊(cè)相關(guān)定義)。
基本任職資格:
1、醫(yī)療器械/機(jī)械/自動(dòng)化/計(jì)算機(jī)/電子/電氣/生物工程/醫(yī)學(xué)/生化/臨床檢驗(yàn)等本科以上學(xué)歷。
2、熟練掌握英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及書面表達(dá)。
