崗位職責(zé)/ Job Responsibilities Distributor Channel Management: 經(jīng)銷商渠道管理: 1.Create and manage data reports related to distributor performance and operations. 創(chuàng)建和管理與經(jīng)銷商業(yè)績(jī)和運(yùn)營(yíng)相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告。 2.Support the backend system to ensure smooth operation and integration with distributor channels. 支持后端系統(tǒng),確保與經(jīng)銷商渠道的順暢運(yùn)行和整合。 3.Monitor and optimize distributor operations to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. 監(jiān)控和優(yōu)化經(jīng)銷商運(yùn)營(yíng),提高整體效率和效益。 Business Intelligence and Market Analysis: 市場(chǎng)情報(bào)分析: 1.Collect, organize, and analyze industry and association information to provide actionable insights. 收集、整理和分析行業(yè)及協(xié)會(huì)信息,以提供可行的見(jiàn)解。 2.Conduct market research reports, focusing on emerging industries and trends. 開展市場(chǎng)調(diào)研報(bào)告,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注新興行業(yè)和趨勢(shì)。 3.Stay updated on industry developments and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions. 隨時(shí)了解行業(yè)發(fā)展和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)活動(dòng)的最新情況,為戰(zhàn)略決策提供依據(jù)。 Marketing Strategy Planning: 營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃: 1.Develop and produce marketing content aimed at promoting products and services to business customers. 開發(fā)和制作營(yíng)銷內(nèi)容,旨在向企業(yè)客戶推廣產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)。 2.Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including new product launches and special offers. 策劃并執(zhí)行促銷活動(dòng),包括新產(chǎn)品發(fā)布和特別優(yōu)惠。 3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals. 與跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,確保與整體業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)保持一致。 崗位要求/ Job Requirement 1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. 市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、商務(wù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)的學(xué)士學(xué)位。 2.3 years of experience in marketing intelligence, business analysis, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment. 3年以上營(yíng)銷情報(bào)、商業(yè)分析或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),B2B 行業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。 3.Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems(SAP, Saas, 飛書). 熟練使用數(shù)據(jù)分析工具和 CRM 系統(tǒng)(SAP、Saas、飛書)。 4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 較強(qiáng)的分析和解決問(wèn)題的能力。 5.Excellent communication and presentation skills. 出色的溝通和表達(dá)能力。 6.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 能夠在以團(tuán)隊(duì)為導(dǎo)向的環(huán)境中工作。
