崗位職責(zé): 1. 主導(dǎo)人力資源數(shù)字化平臺(tái)的一體化搭建,負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目籌備、項(xiàng)目管理、需求調(diào)研與管理優(yōu)化、系統(tǒng)實(shí)施、上線推廣及優(yōu)化改進(jìn)、新單位上線工作管理及驗(yàn)收等; 2. 負(fù)責(zé)集團(tuán)人力資源各業(yè)務(wù)模塊的業(yè)務(wù)及流程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化梳理,對(duì)接集團(tuán)下屬公司; 3. 負(fù)責(zé)人力資源信息化系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)管理,包括人力資源數(shù)據(jù)分析體系建設(shè),人力資源數(shù)據(jù)可視化管理等,明確集團(tuán)人力資源數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),跟蹤管理系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量; 4. 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)集團(tuán)下屬企業(yè)定期進(jìn)行人力資源信息化培訓(xùn)。 5. 負(fù)責(zé)人力資源信息化系統(tǒng)運(yùn)維,設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)維流程及規(guī)范、受理運(yùn)維需求等。 任職要求: 1. 全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷,碩士?jī)?yōu)先; 2. 熟悉人力資源主要模塊的工作流程,對(duì)人力資源業(yè)務(wù)管理體系有較深入了解; 3. 能夠熟練使用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)管理,對(duì)目前市場(chǎng)上的人力資源信息化管理系統(tǒng)類(lèi)型和軟件較為熟悉; 4. 具有大型集團(tuán)類(lèi)企業(yè)人力資源信息化項(xiàng)目搭建相關(guān)工作實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先; 5. 具備良好的全局觀,具有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力、項(xiàng)目管理能力、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、具備較強(qiáng)的邏輯思維和分析能力 其他信息。
